The Telecommunications Equipment Distribution (TED) provides equipment such as TTYs (text-telephones), TTYs with telebraille or large visual display, amplified telephones, hands-free dialing equipment, and signaling devices to qualified deaf, deaf-blind, hard-of-hearing and speech-impaired persons.
